Leaving bad habits behind
Speaking more gently
Taking better care of your health and heart
☀️ True change starts internally. When the heart improves, the rest slowly follows.
☀️ Do not let ShayTaan convince you that your past defines you. In Islaam, as long as we are alive, the door of tawbah and self improvement remains open.
☀️ You do not need perfect circumstances to begin. Start small. Begin no matter where you are in life. Just start.
