🍶Blessings are a test

🍶We are so happy when good things come our way as we should be AlHamdulillaah.

🍶Whether it be a new job, good health, higher education, marriage, children, more money, or just anything good AlHamdulillaah.

🍶Our perspective about receiving blessings is generally that we must be on the right track.

🍶This may or may not be true but it shouldn’t be the main focus when receiving blessings in our lives.

🍶Actually just as everything else in this Dunyaa is a test, good things are a test as well.

🍶What are we doing with the blessings Allaah gives us?

🍶Are we thankful ?

🍶Are we using these blessings to get closer to Allaah or further away?

🍶In fact, if we do not use blessings toward the service of Allaah, was it even a blessing in the first place or is it a proof against you on the day of judgement?

🍶Life is both bitter and sweet and as Muslims we accept both. We do not only thank Allaah when the ease comes rather even in difficulties as hard as it might be, gratitude and dhikr Allaah.

🍶When the ease and blessings pour in, this is our training grounds. We prepare and use these blessings to refuel and strive to earn the pleasure of Allaah so that during the tough times, we can hopefully get the mercy of Allaah.

🍶May Allaah aid us in being thankful and grant us success in this life and the next Aameen 🤲🏼
