⏰ Some things need to be meaningful and slow paced. There’s a time for speed and there’s a time to be in the moment and let the task take as long as it actually takes.


⏰ Enjoy the process, do not rush through everything. This causes stress and a string of other problems.


⏰ So the next time that you want a “five minute” something, just make sure that you keep in mind that some things are better when done with effort and time.
